WELL, I excuse myself if my next opinion could be seem exagerated for some people. As in History we say, before Christ and after Christ, talking about spinning top game, We can say ....before Gus, and after Gus.

The real importance of Gustavo Castro in Top`s History, is that is the first one in to play top in a very spectacular and amazing way. !

The way that Gus has revolutionated this classical, milenary and marvelous toy, is sometimes difficult and complicated to explain and understand.

Unfortunately, a lot of the tricks he has invented, are known now with another names, in another countries, and the most of people that do those tricks, the completely don`t know that Gustavo Castro was the father of the new age of spinning top, and I am saying this words seriously.

Inventing and discovering several ways of regenerations, a lot, a bunch of simple tricks, modificating and doing better those tricks...discovering cuerdas and tricks and teaching a lot of begginers players his knowledge.

He is the creator of the modern trapecios,.. with a perfect technique.
The trapecio is the King of Cuerdas. And of course, this trapecio was perfeccionated by Gus.
