I've got the same result from Brasil (http://guanabara.rederio.br/cgi-bin/nph-traceroute), the same from CANADA (http://network-tools.com/) and the same from USA (http://www.net.princeton.edu/traceroute.html).

As far as I got you have a DNS problem with the following DNS:
