Wow, you must have played a lot to worn out the dowels! I haven't heard about any skittles tournament or of a skittles site (if there is one, I want to know). There are several people who own skittles on www.iTopSpin.com, so you may want to ask over there. You may even convince some to bring them to Orlando in August. I have sometimes seen bags of skittles pins for sale on ebay (there are always complete games but shipment is expensive).
